Plaud is amazing good at consolidating disconnected topic threads which arise counter to discussion or meeting agenda: items dotted throughout meeting transcripts are summarised under logical headings perfect to extraction into formal meeting minutes where required. Even when formal minutes are deemed unnecessary at the time, Plaud summaries (and supporting transcripts) are invaluable for following up on agreed action items and assigning discussion outcomes to the correct person/persons after-the-fact when memory alone is unreliable.
