So far so good. I've only had it a week and used it a couple of times. I've been satisfied with the audio recording quality, transcriptions and summary. Battery life has been astoundingly good so far as well. Highly recommend

The tech works brilliantly and having played with some customisation of templates, I now get excerpts and summaries just the way I would summarise them. Truly a time saver. Voice recognition is ok, but I sometimes get the same person identified as multiple speakers. Also my son and I have a very similar intonation and timbre. Unfortunately Plaud could not distinguish us. The slightest of slight gripes. The only real disappointment is that the offer had 300 free minutes. I bought the Pro upgrade (1200 minutes/month ) and now have lost the free minutes. I was expecting 1500 minutes a month but getting 1200 - limits some of my use case.
