The Plaud NotePin S doesn't have a V.C.S. (Vibration Conduction Sensor), so it doesn't support phone call recording.

To reset your Plaud NotePin S, please charge the Plaud NotePin S and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.
Can I wear Plaud NotePin S if I have a pacemaker?
The sensitivity of a pacemaker to magnetic fields depends on both the strength of the magnetic field and the rate of change. Generally, magnetic fields ranging from a few gauss to several thousand gauss can potentially interfere with pacemakers. Our magnetic pin and clip generate magnetic fields up to 2100 gauss. For users with pacemakers, we advise against wearing the Plaud NotePin S on the chest area (whether with the lanyard, magnetic pin, or clip) due to its magnetic properties.

The Serial Number is a unique identifier that is utilized to identify and distinguish devices. It is commonly used for product management, device maintenance, and warranty services. If you're searching for the Serial Number (SN) of your Plaud NotePin S, there are several locations to check:
